3. Can I Schedule a Delivery for Later Today?
Yes, you can scheduler an order to be delivered at your convenient time. You can choose your specific delivery time after selecting your menu items in the app.
4. What If I Need to Change My Order After I Place It?
After your order is placed with the restaurant, the chef would start preparing your dishes right away. However if you want to change the order, call us at +91-8448440400 or Live Chat us right away and we’ll try our best to help you.
5. Can I Buy More Than One Item At A Time?
Yes you can order more than one item at a time. But you cannot place items from different restaurants on one order. If you wish to place orders from multiple restaurants, then please order it separately.
6. Can I pick up an order on my own?
Yes, we provide you the option to pick up your order from the restaurant instead of home delivery. Visit Bitemii app to see which restaurants are available for delivery in your area.
7. What if I want to add something to my order?
You can call us at +91-8448440400 or live chat with us and we’ll do our best to make sure you get all the items you want added to your order.
8. Is My Card Info Safe?
Your security is our first priority. Your payment info and data are encrypted when you transmit your billing information to us.
9. How Can I Change The Delivery Address I Entered?
If you need to change the delivery address for your current order, please Live Chat us right away.
10. What times can I order for?
We deliver every day from early morning until late at night, and different restaurants will have different opening times. Visit Bitemii app to see which restaurants are available in your area.
11. Do I have to tip?
Offering tip to the riders is your wish. You can tip in cash when the rider delivers your food. Riders receive 100% of all tips.
12. Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order amount can vary depending on which restaurant you’re ordering from. If there’s a minimum order amount, you’ll be informed at checkout before you place your order.
13. What if I’m not around when my rider arrives?
If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let us know by via Live Chat or by calling +91-8448440400 . If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your rider will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
14. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Your order details will be displayed in the Bitemii app. You can know your order status from there.
15. My order is here, but it’s not right. What should I do?
You can ring the restaurant, their number will be on your order confirmation email. If the restaurant doesn't make things right, get in touch with us via Live Chat or call or email. Have your order number handy before you contact us.
